Hey this project sounds interesting!
I think my portfolio includes some shmup graphics so you should check it out.

I didn't make a bid yet because I'd like to see a working engine or perhaps some of your previous work. This is a very ambitious project and I want to make sure that you didn't start this as your first project. You get the point :)

Has the artist for this project already been decided?

Well, as you said, there isn't much art in this game, so there's only so much an artist can do.. If you'd like to take the art in a whole new level, it would require some programming from your side aswell. Any artist can make shinier blocks or replace them with cute and cuddly animals, but what this game REALLY needs is stuff like: combos and special powers. And the art would be there to add up to the gameplay.

I'm confused. What exactly are you looking for? The description doesn't even hint that you'd have a project in the works or anything. Please, give us a bit more info

A link to the game would be nice. Or at least a description of the game.. just to give us an idea of what we're bidding on :P
