I would agree with bisnoln that you need to tell use about what style you looking for, vector/bitmap, how much sprites/animations, etc...

Oops. To clarify, 900 is the max amount I have paid my artist in the past which came out to be 50%.

How about 3D artwork for your game? Thats what I do. I should be able to quickly supply everything you need.

Do you want exactly pixel art style like on retro games, or maybe some next gen pixel art?
And how many charachters, stages etc

btw, are you really offering 900$ + 50% profit of the game? are are you giving us the choise there...
