I need an artist that thinks he can improve the visuals and has a direction to go with them. I vastly prefer vectors and special effects to keep the crispness of the game. However, if you can want to use raster art and you can make it look good, I'm certainly open to it.

One thing to consider is that I'm implementing user-created levels. Whether the asthetics of these levels match the original 15 is up to you.

The scope of this project varies drastically depending on how much the artist wants to tackle. Pay also varies depending on that.

I would prefer to pay money upfront, but I can work with you if you want a % of the money.

If you are interested in taking this job on, please tell me how much you plan to revamp (Balls, menus, levels, level assets [boosters, fans, cannons, etc]).

Additionally, here is the vector art for level 2 that can be imported into Flash. I've also included an SVG of the art.
