DESCRIPTION:
The game is 90% complete but the graphics are "programmer graphics". I need the polish.

I need the title screen to "wow" them. I need the in-play graphics to be consistent to the title screen.

Currently the game has about 20-25 significant images (actual png or jpg files). Some I like and prefer not to change but if you can make the case for changing I'll agree to it. Some of my images I know are really bad.

Besides the front screen, there are also some interstitial screens that should be considered but those would likely be simple backgrounds - perhaps the base background of the title screen.

I am looking for someone to create the overall look of my game based on the style already present in my favorite elements.

Gimp development is preferred (but not required). Will need all development files (layers etc) at end.

Note that I develop in Haxe. I require png or jpg files. Not flv or any Adobe specific file types. For animations, I need descriptions (coordinates, timing etc)
